The LIFE Family Foundation is a Non-Profit Public Charity that is Community based.  Our Mission is to transform lives, bring awareness and empower adult Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in Orange County, California. The LIFE Family Foundation has components that contribute to our mission and accomplish our goals.

 

PASSPORT is the bridge that brings accessibility and affordable recreational activities to individuals and families with disabilities who struggle to get out of their homes and into the community. This would include Recreational activities and donations. This can consist of going to a baseball game, a picnic, joining an art class, visiting an amusement park, and going to see a show or movie.  PASSPORT coordinates and plans affordable or free recreational activities for individuals with disabilities and their families with the help of donors and sponsorships. PASSPORT is also a gateway for our individuals to receive gently used and or new items either for their new apartments or meaningful gifts holidays. 

 

HEROES is a parenting support group for parents in the community with mental, physical and intellectual disabilities.  This parenting group meets monthly for parenting support. Dinner is provided for both parents and their children. Childcare is also provided so parents can enjoy the meeting.

DONATION OPPORTUNITIES 

Start by sponsoring an event, purchasing dinner for a group class or event, donating art supplies or items for a participants new apartment. For more information please contact us. Upon donation a reciept will be provided.
