The Person's We Serve

Each Individual who joins the L.I.F.E. Program comes in with their own individual needs.

 

For example: Each Person that we serve have support hours and schedules that may vary based on their needs, some may require 20 hours a month while another may require 24 hours a day. Every person served is given an Individual Service Plan that dictates how their care will be given and how their goals will be accomplished. Most importantly this program is built to support their needs and independence!

 

How do I enroll in the L.I.F.E. Program?  First, The Individual has to be a person served of the Regional Center of Orange County.  Second, the Individual must be 18 years or older, and require a need for support under one of three programs we offer ILS, SLS and PSS.  If the Individual already lives independently they must require the need for additional assistance in order to maintain their independence. Third, the Individual must request the L.I.F.E. program to their assigned Regional Center, Service Coordinator.
